Progress

So I have started Weight Watchers. I try to post my meals on my Instagram www.instagram.com/shellbell816 I also joined the YMCA where I have been experimenting with body pump classes which as hard AF and I love them because I feel the burn. I want to stay its been just a tad over 2 weeks at the Y which I do NOT go everyday and almost 3 weeks on Weight Watchers were I have gone over once or twice but usually have points to spare.... As of today, mid day and full clothed I am down 9 lbs. Today I had 11 points at brunch/lunch and nothing else so I went stupid. I got a quarter pounder with cheese and stuffed spudz. I feel like crap. Even though that still gives me 20 pts leftover, I am riddled with guilt and want to throw up :( Oh well, just have to make tomorrow better. No more of these binges, so NOT worth it. Found some old photos to current ones so you can see where I was at my heaviest to now. Enjoy.

Day One

Alright, so today was my first day of Weight Watchers. WHAT AN EYEOPENING EXPERIENCE. I learned today that what I thought was healthy maybe wasn't so much. First thing this morning I was ready, I was going to have a healthy meal for my first Weight Watchers breakfast. I stopped by The Smoothie Factory on my way to work and felt much pride paying $8 for a Tropical Squeeze breakfast. I get to my desk and pull up the app. I start calculating. HOLY SHIT. What?! 32 points?! Now keep in mind, I am BIG. So my point allowance is probably much more than some of yours. I get 60 points. This was going to take more than half of my daily allowance. I couldn't throw it away as not only did I not want to waste $8 but I didn't have anything else to eat. I decided to drink half and freeze the other half. This gave me about 16 points left. It is now 9:00pm and I have 5 points remaining. I am pretty proud. Everything is still set to start Crossfit on the 29th! Here we go ya'll!
